**Part-Time Contract, Fundraising and Donor Management Department**:
This is a part-time position.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Prepare the relevant Thank You letter version for donors.
Source & purchase for appropriate gifts for selected donors and arrange for parcel delivery.
To manage and update the donor database in a timely manner.
To download the Master Donor database every quarter into MailerLite for the relevant donor categories to ensure up to date relevancy.
To liaise or follow-up with necessary teams (internal or external) for logistic and administrative support.
Source and arrange logistics and delivery for event materials and props.
Collate events registration and parameters eg names, companies on excel database.
Create and update events presentation slides and flyers for posting and mailouts.
Support any other corporate events as and when required.
- General administrative support.**Requirements**:
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint. Knowledge of Canva will be advantageous.
Detailed oriented, meticulous and organised.
Service oriented and able to liaise with donors and vendors in a professional manner.
- Ability to work well with internal staff across departments.**Salary**:
- Hourly rate of S$12 per hour.**Working Hours**:
