As Production Executive, you shall be responsible for the following:

- to curate/ research material and content from a variety of raw and matured sources to adapt and produce inhouse pitch decks for film and television formats to present to streamers, OTT platforms and broadcasters
- the curation also includes IP and materials from third party sources that fit into the company’s strategic direction
- to learn, research and gain up to date information on the nature of the industry, current trends, innovations and developments
- to drive the development into business opportunities through planning and sourcing of partnerships and commercial arrangements
- to report on their developments in weekly or monthly management/department meetings as well as to conduct presentations to partners or clients. Excellent writing and communication skills are necessary
- to follow the development process into the physical production space in order to gain adequate technical and practical experience. This experience would be applied on new projects and the Executive is expected to demonstrate a good command and understanding so leadership and responsibilities may be entrusted
- The Executive is expected to display good leadership potential and exercise this appropriately at all times
- The Executive is expected to work independently through specific briefs and accordingly to the company’s short term and long-term strategy
- The Executive will be given a KPI to achieve. Reviews will be conducted on the abilities of the Executive to achieve these KPI’s which will be split accordingly to creative development, production development and business development - all of which have revenue generation contributions towards the company’s overall targets
- The Executive will be involved in confidential internal management meetings and will be part of the Production Services and Development department
- The workplace is predominantly based in Singapore but the Executive is expected to also be able to work in the company’s offices either in Batam, Jakarta or wherever the project happens to be facilitated
- The Executive will report to the Chief Creative officer and work collaboratively with business heads, senior producers and technical/ administrative personnel in the value chain
- The Executive will be the company’s representative when dealing with local Media Authority for admin and P-Assist funding matters. The Executive will also be the point person for identifying and involving Singaporeans in the creative process of content created for the Indonesian market
- The Executive will coordinate and engage internally with all the company’s different resources from finance, production, post-production and animation for budgeting purposes and capturing service revenue for the company in projects managed by Infinite Studios in Singapore, Batam and Jakarta/or other parts of Indonesia. Liaising with clients regarding offline direction and changes.
- The Executive is expected to manage our social media platform to market our company’s contents and projects to reach out and create awareness for the masses
