**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist to maintain and monitor physical servers, virtual servers (VM), and cloud-based servers to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
- Provide IT and network support, including system installation, configuration, and upgrades, through on-site or remote assistance.
- Liaise with vendors to obtain quotations and manage the procurement of IT equipment.
- Manage inventory for IT equipment, consumables, and supplies.
- Implement and maintain security measures to protect sensitive resident data and ensure regulatory compliance in a healthcare setting.
- Regularly update server hardware and software to maintain security, stability, and efficiency.
- Conduct periodic server backups and implement disaster recovery procedures.
- Install and configure hardware, including DVRs, CCTV cameras, workstations, routers and switches.
- Set up and manage network configurations, including LAN systems.
- Monitor remotely controlled systems, including CCTV cameras and door access controls.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to extend the lifecycle of IT systems.
- Design, develop and maintenance of the company’s website, ensuring it is user-friendly, responsive, and aligned with company goals.
- Oversee digital design tasks including creating marketing materials, online graphics, and content.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive digital branding.
- Administer Active Directory (AD) to manage user accounts, groups and permissions.
- Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of virtual machines (VM) within the IT infrastructure.
- Monitor and optimize VM performance to support various organizational operations.
- Maintain any digital tools or platforms used for creative content and layout, including bookmaking tools and software.
- Support digital content creation processes from design to layout and production.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
- Proficient in managing physical, VM, and cloud servers (e.g AWS, Azure).
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in healthcare sector.
- Experience in website development and digital design tools (e.g Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress).
- Knowledge of web hosting, DNS, and server security practices.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and virtualization technologies.
