Fleet Executive

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Report to Fleet Manager
- Close coordination with Internal operations and external workshops on company Vehicles Road Tax, LTA inspection, Summons and Maintenance Scheduling, Breakdown Recovery and MHE respectively.
- Monitor and ensure that the routine and need-based maintenance of the vehicles are in conjunction with the drivers daily.
- Monitor and manage all VPC, Road Tax, LTA Inspection, COE, Lease Agreement, Season Parking, etc renewal for all related Vehicles & MHE of the company.
- Administer and ensure all vehicles relevant documents are in place and update in the System (Log Card, Vehicle Transfer Form, Vehicle and MHE Sales Agreement, etc.)
- Assist the Fleet Manager on tracking the vehicles-wise cost of fueling, maintenance and other recurring expenses pertaining to running of the Fleet.
- Administer the Taking / Handling Over of Vehicles / MHE (Transfer, Lease, New Purchase) with the Operations at sites (if required).
- Generate relevant monthly reports to Finance and Operations.
- Verify invoices from external workshops and proper hand over to Finance.
- Issue Purchase Order and Perform Goods Receive in SAP System for Fleet related purchase.
- Handle regular public feedback and follow up with operations.
- Handling of ad-hoc projects assigned by the Fleet Manager as and when needed.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1-year relevant working experience preferred (car rental / automotive / fleet industry will be an advantage).
- Knowledge of commercial vehicles and maintenance will be an advantage.
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance including the ability to identity when major repairs is needed will be an advantage.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communications skills (both in written and spoken).
- Good problem-solving, time management and multitasking abilities.
- Resourceful, independent and good level of initiative.

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
