**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Lead, motivate and provide direction to the Front Office, Membership Relations & Sales teams, and ensure that teams maintain operation standards, maximize efficiency and ensure high Level of member satisfaction.
- Effective management of all membership appeals and transactions in accordance with Club Constitution and Bye-laws.
- Assist in Constitution and Bye-law amendments and ensure such documents are effectively interpreted and updated.
- Attend Membership Relations Committee meetings and any other meetings assigned by the General Manager from time to time.
- Plan and organise orientation programme / welcome parties / receptions for new members.
- Develop and deliver department budget; responsible for directing the team to drive membership sales, conversion and retention, to achieve the Club’s desired membership level.
- Provide innovative thought leadership on membership initiatives and promotions to:

- achieve higher membership sales, transfer fees, entrance fees and overall membership income.
- rejuvenate membership database and build a large core group of active Member users
- Responsible for member recruitment and membership retention plans and strategies.
- Key Management Representative for Annual General Meeting (AGM) and responsible for planning and smooth execution of AGM proceedings.

**Regional Network**
- Oversee the Club’s regional network and reciprocal Club program, including all necessary introductions as well as communications and correspondences for members visiting regional clubs and vice versa.
- Oversee the process of seeking and obtaining approval of reciprocal, affiliation and partnership arrangements to enhance the Club’s regional network and increase membership value.
- Oversee the handling of members’ queries on matters relating to reciprocal / affiliate / regional resorts or clubs.
- Attend regional networking committee meetings and supervise proceedings.
- Ensure contracts for regional/affiliate/reciprocal clubs or resorts and magazines are current and renewed promptly.

**REQUIREMENTS
- Degree from an internationally recognized university
- 5 years’ work experience in Hospitality industry
- Good career track record
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and motivate a team of staff to achieve department objectives
- Strong leadership, planning and organization skills
- A good team player
