**Overview**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that backend and frontend systems operate smoothly in production by triaging and resolving operational issues
- Be a champion for security best practices in the frontend and backend, to protect sensitive user data against emerging threats
- Conduct code reviews and mentorship to elevate team capabilities and product quality
- Help build a positive and inclusive work culture

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- 5 years of engineering experience
- Experience with Typescript, React, Next.js, Go and SQL databases
- Experience shipping mature systems at high scale
- Excited to primarily be an individual contributor with a ton of ownership

**Preferred Qualifications**:_ _**
- Experience working with UX designers to build delightful frontend user interfaces
- Desire to work in an early-stage, fast-paced environment with a degree of ambiguity
- Excited to primarily be an individual contributor with a ton of ownership
- Ability to work during a daily overlap of a few hours with the rest of the team
- Excellent communication skills in English
