**JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative **2D Artist **who is not only proficient in traditional techniques but is also at the forefront of AI-driven artistic production. You will play a crucial role in pushing the boundaries of what's possible in 2D art within our fast-paced software development environment. This is a demanding, high-impact role where you'll be expected to deliver exceptional results with short turnaround times, while also ensuring the quality of our software through rigorous testing and collaboration.

**JOB DUTIES**
- **Expert 2D Asset Creation**:Produce high-quality 2D assets (characters, environments, UI elements) that meet or exceed our rigorous standards.
- **Advanced Rigging and Animation**:Utilize Spine to create complex and fluid animations for characters and elements.
- **AI Integration Mastery**:Leverage AI tools (Stable Diffusion and similar) to dramatically accelerate and enhance your creative process.
- **Figma Proficiency**:Work seamlessly within Figma to design, communicate, and collaborate on assets with both local and international teams.
- **Project Leadership**:Lead and manage independent projects, taking ownership of their success.
- **Industry Research**:Stay ahead of the curve by researching the latest industry trends and techniques.
- **Agile Adaptability**:Thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, leveraging AI to meet production demands.
- **Software Testing & QA**:Rigorously test the software, identifying and documenting any issues.
- **Team Communication**:Comfortable communicating in both English and Mandarin to effectively interact with regional teams.
- **Problem-Solving & Collaboration**:Work closely with developers and other team members to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues.
- **Resourcefulness**:Proactively utilize available resources to meet project goals and ensure a high-quality final product.

**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**
- **Education**:At least Diploma in Arts, Design or equivalent.
- **Extensive 2D Art Experience**:A proven track record of creating exceptional 2D art in the software development industry.
- **Spine Expertise**:Demonstrated mastery of Spine for rigging and animation.
- **AI Proficiency**:Strong familiarity and experience with AI art generation tools like Stable Diffusion.
- **Figma Fluency**:Highly proficient in Figma for design and collaboration.
- **Project Management**:Experience leading and delivering projects independently.
- **Adaptable and Agile**:The ability to excel under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- **Detail-Oriented**:Meticulous attention to detail for effective QA and testing.
- **Collaborative Spirit**:Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with a cross-functional team.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**:Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve issues efficiently.
- **Language Skills**:Bilingual in both English and Mandarin for effective communication with regional teams and Chinese-speaking counterparts.
- **Self-Driven Research**:A proactive approach to staying informed about the latest industry developments.
