**Principle Responsibilities:

- Manage the spare parts PSI (Purchase, Sales and Inventory) and logistics coordination of final products (musical instrument and audio equipment), communicating with suppliers, warehouse, forwarders and the importers (clients) for all export matters.
- Full order processing of spare parts (approximately 10,000 SKU) for overseas distributors - taking order, place order to factories, monitor availability and allocation, arrange the shipment and collect the payment.
- Responsible for completing and ensuring compliance with the full set of regulatory documentation process for international shipments, including but not limited to packing list, container list, vanning plan, B/L and invoice both for cross docking and document switch shipment.
- Arrange packaging and documentation in alignment with specific country requirements.
- Monitor and update shipment status to the importers (clients).
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate documentation and records in ERP system in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Process all trade related purchases/invoices/payment documentation.
- Coordinate and participate in annual stock-take activities.
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned.

**Requirements:

- **
- Diploma in Logistics or related fields.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in trading or shipping industry.
- Possess good knowledge of full set of export shipping documentation, such as letter of credit.
- Capability to manage large amount of data, by means of Excel and ERP Possess strong communication and time management skills.
- Knowledge or keen interest in musical instruments and/or audio products is an advantage
