Project Procurement Buyer: Smart Infrastructure

Job Responsibilities:

- Solicitation and evaluation of bids and quotes in coordination with engineering and project management.
- Perform sourcing and conduct effective negotiation with supplier to improve pricing and commercial terms at both sales and project execution phases.
- Supplier Management such as registration, qualification, evaluation and development. Qualifying of new sources and expansion of the contractor supply base.
- Negotiate and maintain the standard commonly use 3rd product price list.
- Attaining cost reductions targets both pre and post book award
- Prepare contracts such as Letter of Award for subcontractor and/or specialist contractor.
- Perform monthly reporting as require for the KPI.
- SCM governance in alignment with regional procurement head

What do I need to do to qualify for this role?
- Engineering Diploma with 3-5 years or Engineering Degree with working experience in the project procurement function related to Building Automaton, Fire Detection or Security system
- Engineer from the industry related to Building Automaton, Fire Detection or Security system can also be considered
- Good Technical knowledge in the industry of Building Automation, Fire Detection or Security system will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of MS office/proficient in excel and comprehensive computer skill is required.
- Able to communicate with people of all levels- Ability to work both within a team atmosphere, and be able to work individually, in a fast-paced environment.We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
