**Position**

Associate, Restructuring Corporate Recovery

**Primary Job Function**

The Associate will participate in projects which may include receiverships, liquidations, administration etc. Associate is required to handle several assignments concurrently under supervision. The Associate is required to maintain working files, support other team members on more complicated assignments and undertake training as their career develops.

The job is a challenging one and scope of work may include:

- Drafting of letters, reports and resolutions
- Ensuring compliance of statutory and regulatory requirements
- Investigations
- Liaison with solicitors and agents.
**Requirement**

The Associate should have:

- a professional manner
- excellent interpersonal, communication and client interfacing skills
- an analytical mind with good problem solving skills
- self-motivated to work independently and also to work as part of a team
**Qualifications**

Beneficial to the role of the Associate is experience on accounting. Degree or Diploma in Accountancy, ACCA or relevant professional qualification.
