**Full-Time Commis**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare, plate, and present dishes as directed by the Senior Chef.
- Accurately measure ingredients and meal components.
- Receive and check deliveries to ensure products are of high quality and delivered on time.
- Prepare basic condiments, salads, and sauces.
- Assist with meal preparation, including washing, peeling, cutting fruits and vegetables, and seasoning meats.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness by thoroughly sanitising all workstations and cleaning down after service.
- Wash and store kitchen tools and equipment properly.
- Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and informing the Purchasing Manager of low or depleted items.
- Delegate and oversee tasks assigned to part-time staff.
**Part-Time Commis**
**Working Hours**:
- **Monday, Friday & Saturday**: 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- **Tuesday & Wednesday**: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- **Thursday**: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM / 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- **Sunday**: 9:30 AM - 3:30 PM
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the supervision of the kitchen team.
- Support with washing, cleaning, and sanitising kitchen tools, utensils, and work areas.
- Help ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours.
Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
