As an Operations Analyst in our Organisational Management team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our operations, procurement, and project management functions. Your attention to detail and proactive nature will be instrumental in delivering outstanding results. Reporting to the Manager of Organisational Management, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, contribute to exciting projects, and shape the future of our company.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Operational KPI Dashboard and Administrative Support
- Support the operations manager by conducting data analysis, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying trends, and providing insights for process improvement.
- Generate accurate and timely data analysis reports to enhance decision-making.
- Coordination of meetings and undertaking minute-taking duties as needed.

Procurement and Corporate Travel Management
- Responsible for reviewing procurement requests to ensure adherence to AIS Procurement Procedures.
- Maintain a comprehensive vendor log and foster regular collaboration with colleagues in the Finance department, ensuring compliance, efficiency and effectiveness in the procurement process and vendor management.
- Support digitization initiatives related to procurement and corporate business travel, including performing testing and providing assistance with business travel booking arrangements as needed.

Project Management
- Assist the Manager in effectively implementing Group and other cross-functional projects, ensuring strict adherence to timelines that are aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
- Assist in creating PowerPoint slides for presentations where required.

Business Process Management
- Develop and uphold Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process maps, and associated documentation for the existing process, ensuring establishment of standardized processes for the company.
- Identify areas for process improvement and opportunities for process redesign, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Take on any additional responsibilities assigned by the Reporting Supervisor on an ad hoc basis.

**Requirement**:

- Diploma/Degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or similar related area
- At least 5 years of working experience, in dealing with different departments, external vendors
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Good command of English
- Highly proactive and capable of handling multiple, competing deliverables within time constraints
- Advanced knowledge of O365 - Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Teams
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Visio or business process management software would be an advantage
- Knowledge of Project Management and Business Process Improvement is preferred
- Desire to work in a greenfield insurance setup with a lean organization structure
