**Responsibilities**:

- Drive the rollout of global strategy in alignment with HQ and develop industry benchmarks
- Roll-out of new portfolio elements focus on Digitalization Portfolio e.g. Predictive Analytics for Drives
- Build up new sustainability business model and develop POCs with key customers
- Development and Roll-out of new Portfolio for the ASEAN market together with Service Sales Specialists and Service Delivery
- Train resources and bring global use cases and success stories to ASEAN region for further rollout along with retrofit opportunities.

**Main Duties**:

**Qualifications required for the position**:

- **Diploma or Master degree with technical or / and business background**

**Essential Skills required for the position**:

- Profound knowledge of DI CS and DI CS MC Strategy
- Knowledge of DI CS MC Portfolio
- Experience in Project Management
- Experience in Strategy Development & Execution
- Experience in developing new business models.
- proven skills in communicating, presenting, and influencing with key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and spoken in English
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
