Orchard, Singapore South East Asia Food Entertainment Pte. Ltd. Full time

Looking for a dynamic and experience F&B operations manager with minimum 3 year experience to oversee the operations and be responsible for the revenue of the restaurant. The outlet/s are located in the CBD (Bistro) and Orchard Road ( Japanese Franchise) area offering a variety of food, drinks and alcohol.
- have good leadership skills, sales skills, able to train, mentor and manage staff hands-on in a respectful manner (leadership by example),
- be competent in social media and digitally savvy to boost customer base, footfall and using our CRM platform to push out promotional messages to our customer base.
- have the ability to build and retain a pool of customers, through enhancing our service, quality of food and beverage and ability to give customers a good experience,
- manage the various controllable cost of outlet/s,
- basic knowledge on regulations from SFA and other government departments.

Salary will commensurate with experience and incentives will be accorded based on the performance of the outlet/s.
