**The day-to-day activities**:

- Assist in copying writing.
- Advise and train our team in effective communications in English
- Support our marketing team
- To handle daily operational tasks.
- Request quotes for all shipments
- Handle and resolve customers’ issues independently and promptly.
- To handle the relevant ad hoc tasks.

**Attention to details**: You are meticulous and make sure tasks assigned to you are followed through and done with high accuracy. You have a habit of checking your work to ensure there are no gaps or instructions being left out.

**Strong command of English**: You will communicate with our clients and vendors professionally. You will be the voice of our company.

**It is important to have**:

- Computer knowledge, able to use internet and MS office software with ease
- Meticulous and well-organized
- Effective communication skills (oral and written)
Working hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm

Location: Bukit Batok

**Salary**: $2,500 - $3,000

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
