**What You Will Do**:

- Provide governance and oversight of cyber security and privacy compliance for HoYoverse.
- Track compliance across multiple security frameworks including ISO/IEC27xxx, NIST, GDPR, and CCPA and maintain up-to-date records of requirements and corresponding mitigating controls.
- Develop internal compliance policies, procedures, and controls related to HoYoverse's data security objectives.
- Guide the development of internal systems and tools to ensure compliance.
- Analyse management and technical controls to ensure that specific security and compliance requirements are met through the verification of documented processes, procedures, and standards to validate maintenance of secure configurations.
- Monitor third-party risk assessments and assist in performing internal risk assessments.
- Collaborate on critical IT projects with cross-functional teams to ensure that security policy/risk issues are addressed throughout the project life cycle.
- Work out the realistic solution to have security risk issues and requirements fixed or fulfilled.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or other relevant degrees.
- At least 5 years of relevant cyber security and privacy work experience with a broad range of exposure to risk governance and compliance.
- Ability to work well with key business partners across sectors and internal IT teams in a collaborative manner.
- Strong communication skills to be able to interact with technical and non-technical colleagues.
- Hands-on experience in privacy and data protection laws and regulations (GDPR, PDPA, CCPA).
- Hands-on experience in IT controls frameworks (NIST, ISO 270xx, SOC2).
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision on projects.
