- Guide the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices;
- Enable the team to self-organize;
- Remove impediments or guide the team to remove impediments;
- Assess the Maturity of the team;
- Build a trusting and safe environment;
- Facilitate discussions, decision making and conflict resolution;
- Facilitates team meetings and agile ceremonies;
- Help organization for adopting an Agile Mindset;
- You will work closely with other Value Responsible/ Agile Teams in Europe and Asia;
**Qualifications**
- Degree/Masters in Computer Science/Electrical and Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline, preferably with experience in software subsystem integration
- Good project and time management skills;
- Very good organizing and communication skills;
- Experience in managing agile frameworks;
- Experience in coaching, facilitation and conflict resolution;
- Experience in working in a large-scale distributed project;
- Experience in working in international & multi-cultural environments;
Good to have:

- Knowledge in embedded software development;
- Scrum Master certification is a plus;
