Roles & Responsibilities

Due to continued expansion, we have an opportunity for an Occupancy Management professional to join our team.

The purpose of this position is to support and drive the growth and operations of the Occupancy Management Practice in APAC. Working closely with the OM Regional Director, the OM Regional Manager will be responsible for delivering variable projects, and working with on-account teams to promote consistency and best-in-class delivery of occupancy planning and space data management programs to clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the delivery of Occupancy variable consulting engagements, ensuring client expectations are met, and agreed project scope is delivered on time and on budget from project award through to closeout.
- Variable project types include but not limited to program management, data analysis and reporting, technology selection and deployment, tactical and strategic planning.
- Engage with dedicated account teams, including OM Leads and Alliance Directors, to ensure effective delivery of scope and identification of account expansion opportunities
- Provide best practices to support the account teams in effectively delivering their scope of work. This includes but not limited to technology product information, technical oversight, advice and guidance on governance (e.g. processes, playbooks, KPIs, QBRs)
- Support local and global RFP responses for both variable consulting and dedicated account opportunities as required.
- Develop materials and collaterals to support the OM practice’s marketing
- Support the management and achievement of financial, operational, and other measures as defined in annual service line goals and objectives
- Drive the deployment of Global platform initiatives to OM teams in-region, including but not limited to, research papers (e.g. provide local context), town halls, training programs
- **Skills & Experience Required**:

- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university. MBA preferred.
- 8 years’ experience directly related to the delivery of strategic planning services; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with CAFM/IWMS software required, as is both experience in both on-account and variable consulting capacities. Prior AutoCAD drawing experience is preferred.
- Professional certification/designations (e.g. BCCR, CCIM, LEED) and/or graduate level training in commercial real estate preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.
- Ability to effectively present information.
- Solid understanding of the need for discretion when dealing with sensitive information and demonstrates the ability to act accordingly. Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues.
