**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee site activities and coordinate with the main contractor and client representative.
- Collaborating with the project manager to define project objectives, deliverables, and key milestones. Coordinating project activities and ensuring alignment with the overall project plan.
- Assisting in maintaining accurate project documentation.
- Assisting in maintaining project schedules, tracking progress against milestones, and identifying any deviations or delays.
- Manage sub-contractors of all trades, including organizing and leading technical meetings..
- Collaborate with the project team to plan and execute testing and commissioning activities. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders and ensure successful completion of the process.
- Monitor the day-to-day progress of the project, including physical installation work and overall project timeline.
- Coordinate with direct workers and sub-contractors to facilitate the physical installation work on-site.
- Update daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for project monitoring purposes.

**Job Requirements**
- You are passionate, creative, an achiever, highly self-motivated and an independent individual who is detailed oriented, possess strong skills relevant to the scope of work; able to work in a team and independently, possess excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and ability to perform under tight schedule and pressure. - At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in interior design or fit out industry
- Diploma in engineering or related field
- Preferably with BIZSAFE course certification
- PC literate, good with Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project
- Meticulous & thorough, able to document all aspects of project progress clearly and accurately
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice period.
