**Director, Social & Digital Infrastructure (Client Coverage)**
About the Opportunity:
We are representing an exciting opportunity for a seasoned project and structured finance professional to take on a leadership role within the Social & Digital Infrastructure sector. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in project finance, who are motivated to shape the growth of a dynamic and well-supported organization. Role will be based in Singapore.

Your Responsibilities:

- Serve as a key point of contact for client relationships, driving origination and execution of financing transactions in the Social & Digital Infrastructure sector.
- Collaborate closely with the sector head to manage primary client coverage and deliver tailored financing solutions.
- Take ownership of deal execution, including structuring, arranging, credit analysis, due diligence, and documentation, ensuring smooth closure of transactions.
- Work with internal teams, including Markets and Investor Services, to optimize loan asset distribution strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

- **Expertise**: 8-10+ years of experience in project/structured finance, with a proven track record in the infrastructure space, particularly in Social & Digital Infrastructure.
- **Business Development**: Demonstrated success in originating new business opportunities.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Strong capabilities in structuring deals, credit analysis, cash flow modeling, and negotiation.
- **Strategic Acumen**: Excellent judgment with a forward-looking perspective on market trends and client needs.
- **Collaboration and Communication**: Highly motivated team player with exceptional communication skills, able to interact confidently with senior stakeholders.
- **Results-Driven**: Passionate about achieving excellence and delivering high-impact outcomes.
