Team Introduction
The Video Cloud department is primarily responsible for ensuring the quality of all video services related to our video infrastructure. It supports key platforms such as Douyin, Xigua, Toutiao, TikTok, Dali Education, and other popular apps. The Multimedia Middle Platform (Video Cloud) is one of the world's leading video platforms, offering services like media storage, transcoding, and streaming. Our goal is to develop the next-generation video processing platform and the largest live broadcasting network to deliver an outstanding experience to billions of users globally. This role requires a deep understanding of the video cloud business architecture to help both internal and external stakeholders improve product knowledge, drive product enhancements, and deliver optimal solutions that leverage our product capabilities. As a technical expert, you will collaborate closely with the Product R&D team to continually optimize products, tools, and processes.
**What you will be doing**:

- Design and develop video cloud-based solutions.
- Collaborate with developers to address issues encountered during integration with video cloud services, as well as resolve quality problems in the production service process.
- Manage supplier requirements, identify integration challenges with suppliers, drive the development and optimisation of technical specifications, and minimise service-related issues.
- Maintain a holistic view, assist in establishing a Quality Service (QS) evaluation system, enhance the efficiency of issue resolution, and effectively address quality and efficiency challenges in the research and development process.
- Organise key learning points and compile a developer handbook to create a shared knowledge base for the solution team.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or other related majors, with solid fundamental computer science knowledge, strong logical thinking and learning abilities, and understanding of software design patterns
2. Good professional accomplishment and self-drive, strong technical enthusiasm, able to continue learning and self-improvement
3. Having excellent data analytical skills, issue identification ability, with prior experience in full-chain data collation and data-related tools
**Preferred qualifications**:
1. Good knowledge of networking fundamentals and protocols (eg. TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, etc.)
2. Familiar with audio & video multimedia protocol, CDN distribution acceleration, RTC and other technologies
3. Experience in project management, video cloud related experience or enterprise integration experience
