Roles & Responsibilities

Troubleshooting and servicing of pump equipment at customers' sites

Accountable for end to end pump servicing from new installation, commissioning to after sales services

Resolve and provide resolutions during onsite visit through firsthand experience

Provide onsite advise to customers on technical issues and follow up activities

Generate site service reports

Diploma / NTC in Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering or relevant qualification

min 1 year of hands-on technical service, overhauling, maintenance and field repair experience of non-seal motor pumps / mechanical seals / centrifugal pumps

Basic electrical knowledge and able to write service report

Initiative, customer service and hands on
