**Main Responsibilities**:

- Assist in site supervision and daily site activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments, clients, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution.
- Support project planning, documentation, and on-site implementation of works.
- Monitor and supervise project progress, including manpower deployment, materials planning, and procurement.
- Liaise with contractors and suppliers on project-related matters and attend site meetings as required.
- Prepare and submit weekly site progress reports and other necessary documentation.
- Attend meetings and conduct site inspections to ensure work quality and compliance with authority requirements.
- Undertake the role of PE Assignee for supervision duties as needed.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Strong organizational and planning abilities.
- Effective communication, coordination skills, and a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Registered Resident Engineer (RE) with the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES).
