**What you will be doing**:
**On a day-to-day basis, this means you will**:

- Create and maintain design system components, variants, and tokens in Figma
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into effective design solutions
- Work closely with developers to ensure design implementation meets specifications
- Participate in sprint planning and execution
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Conduct basic usability testing and incorporate feedback into design iterations
- Document design decisions and maintain design documentation

**What we are looking for**:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Figma for UI/UX design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design approach
- Experience with responsive design principles
- Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices
- Ability to work in an agile environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in healthcare or fintech industries
- Knowledge of front-end development principles
- Experience with design systems
- Familiarity with user research methodologies
