**About Us**:

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic **Administrator & Teaching Assistant**to join our growing team. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children, is organised, tech-savvy, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Administrative Duties: _
- Handle class scheduling, attendance tracking, and student enrolment
- Provide front-desk support and customer service to parents and students
- Assist with centre operations and logistics (e.g., preparing materials, managing inventory)
- Support the management team with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Teaching Support: _
- Assist lead instructors in delivering coding classes (ages 4-16+)
- Guide and support students during lessons and activities
- Help set up and maintain classroom technology (e.g., laptops, robotics kits)
- Provide one-on-one or small-group support to students who need extra helpCreate a positive and engaging learning environment

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- Enjoys working with children and youths
- Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn basic coding and robotics (training provided)
- Familiar with basic computer usage (e.g., Excel, Google Suite)
- Experience in an educational or administrative setting is a plus
