- As a Manufacturing Associate, you will go through a bespoke 2-year rotation programme with direct hands-on experience in Production and Quality. You will gain first-hand experience and knowledge about AME’s shopfloor operations.- With

**, you will**:
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the company’s business model, products services and processes
Gain hands-on experience in operating our CNC machines and CMM
Understand the various set-ups and tooling required at various stages of the manufacturing process
Enhance your understanding of the manufacturing process using the ERP manufacturing module
Establish relationships with colleagues, clients and key partners

**Job Requirements**:
***Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- Proficient in MS Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Meticulous, highly dependable and detail oriented
- Must be able to take initiative and work independently
- Positive, result-oriented, strong team player
- Knowledge/interest in oilfield components and equipment will be an advantage
