Vp of Talent Management

Create and maintain a comprehensive talent management framework including performance management, employee development, succession planning, and career pathways.
- Oversee the design and implementation of performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.
- Design and maintain organizational structure that aligns with the overall company objectives by assessing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing innovative solutions that enhance the overall effectiveness and efficiency of our organization.
- Partner with senior leadership to align talent management strategies with business objectives and drive organizational change and transformation.
- Collaborate with leaders and managers to identify high-potential employees and create development plans to accelerate their growth and advance their careers.
- Discuss career-pathing options with high-potential employees and their team leaders.
- Develop and implement talent management strategies, initiatives, and programs that support the recruitment, development, and retention of high-performing employees.
- Conduct skills gap analysis and drive the development and execution of employee training and development programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent management, and make recommendations for continuous improvement to drive organizational performance.
- Coach employees and act as their consultant regarding learning and development activities.
Requirement:
- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing talent management strategies and initiatives.
- Previous experience working with senior leaders and executives to drive talent management initiatives.
- Familiarity with performance management and relevant software.
- Experience delivering employee training programs.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations both locally and regionally.
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team spirit.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
