Shipping Specialist

**Job Duties**:

- Assist in receiving inbound shipment; palletize, wrap, weight and load product for domestic and international shipment.
- Responsible for Palletize, wrap, weight, and load product for domestic and international shipments.
- Assist in receiving inbound shipments.
- Assist to pull inventory using including but not limited to pallet jacks, electric stacker truck, and/or forklift, upon request
- Package parts while removing any Foreign Object Debris and sanitizing any vendor information for domestic and international shipments
- Package parts using proper tools and accessories (carton stapler, tape dispenser, strapping tools) and maintain the involved tools and accessories on a regular basis
- Review shipping documents
- Compare and verify the following match the physical product shipping before product leaves
- Place all required documentation and labels on packages/pallets
- Physical fitness is necessary to perform many of the job functions, such as: carrying boxes, climbing stairs with materials, bending over/stooping to pull inventory from lower racks, reaching to pull or put-away inventory, lifting some fairly heavy products occasionally.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in handling inbound/outbound shipment
- Experience in coordinating with external & internal parties for shipment issues
- Multi-tasking and organization skills a must
- Strong communication skills and excellent follow through are a must
- Knowledge of MS Word and Excel required
- Forklift certification or willing to complete
