Weave is in search of a **Junior Producer** to join our team

**1. Role Description**

This position falls under our Producing Department and will be accountable to the Head of Production. The individual will support the Producers and Executive Producers in all pre-production and production tasks for our video and photography projects.

**2. Specific Responsibilities**
- Providing support to Producers in project management
- Coordinating and organizing materials for pre-production meetings and facilitating communication between departments
- Handling production logistics and coordinating workforce
- Assisting in the development of project schedules
- Liaising with vendors, contractors, and other external stakeholders
- Managing equipment rentals and ensuring proper maintenance
- Providing administrative support to the Producing Department as needed
