New Life Silvercare envisions a community where seniors can enjoy their later years by living a healthy and fulfilled lifestyle connected to their neighbourhood, and can positively impact the community around them, from the active to pre-frail to frail.

We are looking for people who are passionate about seniors to manage the planning and operations of active ageing and befriending programmes for seniors.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Start up and oversee programmes and operations of multiple sites for senior activities
- Develop and implement an annual calendar of active ageing programmes for seniors of various frailty status
- Encourage community development by identifying the strengths of seniors and encouraging them to self-initiate mutual help groups and serve other vulnerable seniors in the community
- Engaging and building partnerships with community partners to serve the needs of seniors
- Develop plans to recruit, engage and train volunteers to achieve meaningful volunteer experience
- Establish roles where seniors can volunteer
- Coordinate with internal departments to plan intergenerational activities
- Develop outreach plans for seniors
- Develop SOPs and referral processes with other care providers
- Manage budget for the running of centres
- Prepare reports, compile data and submit for reporting purposes
- Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree, preferably with 4-6 years experience in eldercare
- Strong problem-solving, planning and organizing skills
- Passionate about serving seniors
- Experience in managing a team will be advantageous
- Resourceful, proactive, adaptable, responsible and client-centric
- Strong collaborative and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in digital skills
- Service-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in English, Mandarin and/or dialects
