**Position**:Cashier/Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service in English, Tamil, and Sinhala.
- Supervise store operations and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Manage inventory levels, restocking shelves, and organizing displays.
- Assist customers in finding products and making recommendations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the store.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and promote special offers.
- Contribute ideas for improving store efficiency and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in English, Tamil, and Sinhala is essential.
- Previous experience in cashiering, retail, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Trustworthy and reliable with a positive attitude.
- Flexible to work full-time or part-time hours.
- Must be available to work from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM on Tuesday to Thursday and from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM on Friday to Sunday, with Mondays off.
