**Then come and join our global team as Marketing & Communications Management Trainee to support with the implementation of communication and customer excellence initiatives, and digital projects.**

**Your tasks and responsibilities**:

- You will support Head of Communications and Digital Engagement (Customer Services), Asia Pacific with the implementation of communication and digital engagement initiatives
- You will support management communications by creating compelling presentations and driving engaging employee initiatives
- You will create content for editorial channels and virtual communities
- You will develop marketing collateral and campaigns that align with business goals and key targets
- You are responsible for the management of corporate branding across all relevant channels, ensuring they are aligned with guidelines
- You will manage the Healthcare Release Tool (HRT) and ensure communication materials adhere with quality regulations
- You will organize and drive internal & external events including liaison with stakeholders and vendors
- You will update and maintain internal CRM database

**This is a 24-months management trainee programme, with further development opportunities to become a Marketing & Communications Executive within the company upon good performance.**

**Your qualifications and experience**:

- University/tertiary graduate in Mass Communications, Communication Studies, Marketing
- Experience with Adobe Analytics and Eloqua will be a bonus
- Any copy writing experience will be advantageous

- You have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) including the ability to write for different channels
- You possess the ability to think laterally and outside the box
- You are proactive and have a “can-do” attitude
- You have an aptitude in using online platforms
- You have strong organizational skills
- You are able to multi-task and meet strict deadlines in a high-pressure environment
- You have the ability to learn and work independently and in a team in a multi-cultural environment
- You are proficient with Advanced MS Office Suite especially PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite
