**Core Responsibilities**:
- Lead the planning of finished goods supply capabilities across the operational to strategic horizon based on the needs of the LEGO group, our consumers and customers. This includes process, system, people and organizational capabilities, taking on operational and strategic lens.-
- Actively contribute to and participate in global sales and operations planning processes.-
- Provide strategic leadership and contribution to the development of global and regional supply and inventory planning capabilities.-
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies: Formulate and drive the long term supply chain strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.-
- Lead and implement inventory control mechanisms to optimize stocks levels and minimize carrying costs.-
- Define important metrics for supply and inventory indicators for supply chain function and regularly monitor and report performance metrics.-
- Collaborate with and create influence and build collaborative relationships with critical partners in APAC and China market groups, manufacturing sites in Asia, wider global supply chain operations teams and other APAC CN SCO functional teams.-
- Lead, motivate and develop 10 members in the regional SIP team and act as a role model to inspire personal leadership through leadership playground behaviours.-
- Joint owners of SCO pulse action plan together with the rest of APAC CN SCO Leadership team and to actively champion for people initiatives and culture.**Play your part in our team succeeding** **:
This role will lead the regional SIP team and be part of the APAC CN SCO Leadership team. This is a senior pivotal role to drive the planning and finished goods supply in very dynamic business environments (APAC Market Group, China Market Group and some parts of LR) coupled with an expanding supply network of China and Vietnam.

Significant challenges and opportunities with growth and optimization are to be expected. Hence, this is an excellent role for leaders to further develop/elevate their team and personal leadership capabilities and contribute to both strategic and operational demands of this role.

**Do you have what it takes?**:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business or other relevant area are preferred.-
- Experience of Supply & Inventory Planning with manufacturing operations.-
- Extensive experience of leading and developing high functioning teams.-
- Experience of E2E supply chain operations and knowledge-
- Ability to collaborate and influence across different cultures and seniorities.-
- Experience of delivering results over a strategic & operational horizon.-
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and critically.-
- Ability to problem solve, make the complex simple, to drive effective decision-making with cross-functional management teams.-
- Ability to react with agility in a dynamic business environment.-
- Experience dealing with business implementation of planning system.-
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.-
- Experience in working in an international environment especially in Asia-Pacific and China.-
