**Job Summary**:
The Senior Manager, Fund Services and Relationship Management is responsible for overseeing fund administration operations and managing key client relationships. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality fund services, drives operational excellence, and fosters long-term client partnerships.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Fund Services Operations**:

- Lead and manage fund accounting, NAV calculations, financial reporting, and compliance processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of fund services in accordance with regulatory and client requirements.
- Oversee onboarding of new funds and transitions, ensuring smooth integration and setup.

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with fund managers, custodians, auditors, and other stakeholders.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

**Strategic Leadership**:

- Identify opportunities for service enhancement and process improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement best practices.
- Support business development efforts by participating in client pitches and proposals.

**Compliance and Risk Management**:

- Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and regulatory standards.
- Monitor and mitigate operational risks within fund services.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred.
- Minimum 8 -10 years of experience in fund services, fund accounting, or financial services, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of fund structures, regulatory requirements, and financial instruments.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.
