**Roles & Responsibilities**

**About the role**:
We are looking for a **Credit Risk Manager **to play a key leadership role in developing and driving the company's credit risk strategy and related policies in Indonesia. This position is based in our Singapore office.

**What you will be doing**:

- Design and drive implementation of credit strategies, policies, standard operating procedures and guidelines
- Build, test, develop, validate and monitor comprehensive credit scoring models used to support credit decisions
- Analyze and assess the creditworthiness of new and existing clients
- Mentor and train credit risk analysts

**What you will need**:

- Minimum Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of working experience and 2 years of managing a team in **(i)** a fast growing fintech company doing SME lending, start-up lending, and/or P2P lending, **(ii)** venture debt, or **(iii)** private debt
- Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal)
- Proven track records in credit risk analysis with a focus on SMEs and start-ups in Indonesia
- Positive and self-motivated with a willingness to execute, on top of strategising
