**What You'll Do**:

- **Content Creation**: Develop engaging content for blogs, articles, product descriptions, social media, and the Ask & Embla website.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand voice and style guidelines.
- **Content Gaps**: Identify gaps in content and recommend new topics to keep the content fresh and relevant.
- **Content Strategy**: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies, copy plans and editorial calendars.
- **Research**: Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics to generate original and relevant content.
- **SEO Optimization**: Utilize SEO best practices to enhance content visibility and drive organic traffic.
- **Editing and Proofreading**: Review and edit content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- **Complex Concepts**: Distill complex concepts into content that is easily understood and accessible.
- **Analytics**: Monitor content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.
- **Internal Collaboration**: Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging, branding, and style.
- **Project Management**: Manage and complete multiple writing projects on time, meeting deadlines and content requirements in terms of style and project specifications.

**Who You Are**:
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in content writing, preferably within a digital marketing or publishing environment.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail and ability to grasp the Ask & Embla brand voice.
- Proficiency in SEO best practices and experience with keyword research and optimization tools.
- Strong research skills and the ability to quickly grasp complex topics and translate them into engaging content.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
