**Roles & Responsibilities
**Responsibilities**:

- Follow up the latest progress of blockchain technology;
- Complete the docking work of the new blockchain system, including supporting the function of sending and receiving coins, supporting DApp operations, etc.;
- In-depth understanding of security issues in the blockchain field to ensure that user assets are not lost;
- Identifying risks involved with the development and providing solutions to resolve complex problems.
- Setting up best coding practices and conducting regular code reviews.
- Understanding of current backend codes and further development of well-secured and functioning codes.
- Responsible for the overall project control of software design, development and maintenance work, including performance optimization and bug fixes

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering or any related Engineering field
- Proficient in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, HTML, etc.,
- Familiar with the use and optimization methods of common databases such as Redis, MySQL, MongoDB
- Familiar with digital encryption algorithms, security protocols, distributed computing is preferred;
- Familiar with consensus algorithm or consensus algorithm is preferred, such as PoW, PoS, DPoS, PBFT, Raft, etc.;
- Preferably with web functions development and performance analysis experience
