Warehousing Manager

Our client is an established healthcare brand in Singapore, they fast-growing and seeking for experienced Warehouse Manager to join the team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, operational procedures, and inventory accuracy.
- Operate forklifts for material handling, loading/unloading, and organizing stock.
- Use SAP to track inventory, process orders, and manage stock levels.
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve operational challenges in a timely manner.
- Ensure proper storage conditions for various products and materials.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Valid forklift license and hands-on experience in forklift operation.
- Proficient in using SAP for inventory management, order processing, and logistics functions.
- Strong knowledge of warehousing best practices and safety standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
