**[What the role is]**
The Preservation of Sites & Monuments (PSM) is a division in the National Heritage Board that provides advice and recommendation on preservation of monuments and sites with national significance, which commemorate our Singapore heritage.
In this position, your core duty is to conduct deep research, prepare presentations as well as related side events for a key project.

**[What you will be working on]**
- Assist in research, compilation of documents and maintaining the rigour of timelines and submissions
- Liaise between key agencies in Singapore as well as international collaborators or partners
- Assist in publicity exhibitions to raise awareness of the values of various sites that have potential to be preserved
- Organise stakeholder engagement sessions, record and summarise relevant points
- Ensure timely and regular updates for all stakeholders, both local and international
- Identify and draw up contact list for all stakeholders, current and future and plan engagement strategies
- Coordinate and grow the potential networking and member lists for strategic engagement
- Monitor the progress of contractual deliverables in a timely manner
- Keep track and stay up to date on content, news, relevant papers pertaining to the project and its deliverables/ outcomes
- Assist with preparing content for media and other releases
- Ensure regular records and filing of papers and correspondence
- Help organise all international and local engagement, site visits, entertainment and hospitality events etc
**[What we are looking for]**
- Relevant experience in research with background in History or related Social Sciences preferred.
- Excellent research and writing abilities with proficiency in English.
- Strong organisational, project management and inter-personal skills, able to work independently and in a team
- Able to think critically and clearly
- Resourceful and able to multitask
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
