Responsibilities of the Early Intervention Teacher Aide:
1. Assist with Instruction: Provide assistance to the early intervention teacher during lessons, helping to implement educational plans and strategies tailored to each child's individual needs.

2. Support Individualized Learning: Work one-on-one or in small groups with children to reinforce lessons, support skill development, and encourage participation in activities as instructed by the teacher.

3. Provide Personal Care: Assist with personal care tasks such as feeding, toileting, and hygiene, ensuring the comfort and well-being of the children.

4. Promote Social Interaction: Facilitate social interactions between children, encouraging communication and cooperation in a supportive and inclusive environment.

5. Create Learning Materials: Assist in preparing and organizing educational materials, resources, and activities that are appropriate for the developmental levels and needs of the children.

6. Manage Behavior: Employ positive behavior management techniques to create a calm and structured environment, helping children to develop appropriate social and behavioral skills.

7. Provide Emotional Support: Offer emotional support and encouragement to children, helping them build self-confidence and self-esteem.

8. Collaborate with Team Members: Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, special education professionals, and other team members to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to children's development and learning.

9. Maintain a Safe Environment: Ensure the physical safety of children by following safety protocols and guidelines, both indoors and outdoors.
