As a Technician, you provide technical support to new and existing car parks, and work with contractors to ensure the completion of works required. You also upkeep and perform preventive maintenance on parking equipment and maintain the required documentations for works done.

**Job Duties**:

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting of car park equipment, diagnosis of breakdowns and enhance servicing of car park systems.
- Upkeep and perform preventive maintenance of parking equipment, replacement of parts and components at car park sites.
- Assist in resolving technical issues with contractors, suppliers, vendors and customers.
- Perform start-up works for new car parks and termination works for handing over of existing car parks, such as termination of telephone lines, coordinating with contractors to install or dismantle signage and equipment etc.
- Co-ordinate and follow-up with projects on site.
- Maintain documentation of maintenance and repair works, purchases, testing records, etc.
- Initiate purchase requisition for spare parts, consumable items and works orders.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least a NITEC or professional certificate in Technical or Engineering related specialisations (Computer/ Telecommunication/ Electrical/ Electronic/ Mechanical/ Industrial etc).
- Willing to work in different car park locations.
- Willing to work rotating shifts including weekends.
- Possess a valid Singapore Class 2B or Class 3 licence.
