**Responsibilities**:

- Lead a team of mechanical supervisors and contractors in performing plant maintenance, modification, and construction activities to ensure timely and safe execution with good maintenance practices.
- Coordinate with plant operators and other maintenance groups to execute maintenance and modification works without compromising safety and facility integrity.
- Conduct mechanical studies and modifications of plant facilities according to technical specifications and business requirements.
- Perform technical investigations on equipment troubles, evaluate findings, and recommend effective countermeasures to prevent recurrences.
- Arrange training for staff and contractors to enhance their skill and competency levels.
- Respond to plant emergency calls and resolve mechanical issues within tight schedules.
- Implement management systems based on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 450001, and SS651 standards.

**Requirements**:

- Possess a Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in mechanical facility maintenance in the oil, petrochemicals, or power industry.
- **Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repairing Rotating Equipment **such as heat exchangers, pressure vessels, agitators, pumps, compressors, and blowers.
