Job Title: Part-Time Showroom Flooring Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Showroom Flooring Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers in our showroom, providing product information, and coordinating flooring sales and installations. This position requires availability on Saturdays and Sundays from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome customers entering the showroom with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Assist customers in selecting the appropriate flooring materials based on their needs, preferences, and budget.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about various flooring options, including styles, colors, textures, and pricing.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding installation processes, maintenance, and warranties.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom by arranging flooring samples and displays.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure all customer requirements are met and address any concerns or issues promptly.
- Coordinate and schedule flooring installations, working closely with customers, installation teams, and suppliers.
- Track and update customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and installation.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card payments, and issuing receipts.
- Follow up with customers after installations to ensure satisfaction and address any post-installation concerns.
- Stay updated on the latest flooring trends, products, and industry developments to provide informed recommendations to customers.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a customer service or sales-related role is preferred.
- Knowledge of different flooring materials, such as hardwood, laminate, carpet, vinyl, and tile, is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Availability to work on Saturdays and Sundays from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
