**Company Description**

I lead EduNeighbour Strategy Consulting, a social enterprise that designs and runs intergenerational learning programmes for children, youth, and elderly hosts. I create community-based curricula that blend academic support with values education, while mentoring young leaders (EduLeaders) to serve as facilitators and role models. Through initiatives like the EduLeader June Enrichment Programme, I bring together students and seniors to learn, share, and grow—building neighbourhoods where education is rooted in connection, care, and purpose.

**Role Description**

This June, in Singapore, we are launching a 20-day student leadership and tutoring programme, and we’re looking for Project Leaders (EduLeaders) who are passionate about leading, learning, and serving.
- The EduLeader will be responsible for welcoming new students and staff, providing orientation sessions, facilitating tours and be entasked to carry out the prescribed curiculum for the students whilst caring for the welfare of both elders and children.
- We conduct daily teambonding sessions to start our session and conduct a review at end of the day.

**Role**Responsibilities**

As a Project Leader (EduLeader), you will:

- Facilitate daily learning sessions for primary school children during the June Enrichment Programme.
- Support and guide elderly hosts as they engage with children in intergenerational activities.
- Plan and lead engaging lessons based on provided curriculum themes (e.g. “Star Dream”, “Home Guru”, etc.).
- Encourage teamwork and empathy among participants from different generations.
- Report daily reflections and assist in tracking student progress.
- Model servant leadership - being the first to serve and the last to give up.

**Higher Qualifications**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in organizing events and coordinating activities
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of the educational sector and familiarity with campus layout
