**About GLOBALFOUNDRIES**

**Your Job**:
To ensure that all Facilities systems are operating with minimum downtime and zero incident. Carry out Facilities plant operation and maintenance, including troubleshooting, corrective, breakdown and ad-hoc maintenance.

**Essential Responsibilities**:

- UPW and M&E Operations and E-Logging, FMS SCADA monitoring of cleanroom facilities and maintain contaminations free manufacturing environment.
- Work with Operations Team in solving daily issues, equipment and operational problems.
- Carry out Preventive Maintenance for Mechanical, Electrical, UPW, WWTP system, auxiliary system components and instruments calibration.
- Assist to Engineer on Mechanical, Electrical, UPW, WWTP system trouble shooting such as Fire alarm and protection system, VSD, UPS, Emergency genset, process exhaust system etc.
- Assist Engineer in general mechanical repair works such as motors, pumps bearing replacement, pumps mechanical seal replacement, heat exchanger cleaning, pump overhaul etc.
- Assist Engineer in general electrical repair work such as FFU, Motor Manager, Feeder Manager, PS4, MCCB replacement, VSD capacitors, cooling fans replacement etc.
- Assist Engineer in UPW, WWTP, STP repair works such as RO pump, reclaim pump, loop pump, sump pump, diaphragm pump bearing replacement etc.
- Assist Engineer in Mechanical predictive maintenance work such as vibration monitoring.
- Assist Engineer in Electrical predictive maintenance work such as IR Thermal scanning.
- Assist Engineer in UPW and WWTP parts replacement, piping works, handling of chemical delivery and consumables, and routine lab sampling.
- Specialize in one of the M & E, Electrical, UPW, WWTP systems to improve, enhance PM activities and provide suggestion on system design.
- Attend all schedule training for GLOBALFOUNDRIES compulsory courses and in-house training.
- Participate in weekly meeting for job planning, outstanding works/issues discussion and share knowledge and group discussion on resolving issues or incident.
- Prepare daily Permit to Work and verify on site and ensure good housekeeping before and after maintenance works.
- Ensure safety regulations are complied.
- Assist Engineer in upkeep and maintain of spare parts, inventory audit and CMMS work.
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Education/Experience
- ITC / Diploma course (Mechanical / Electrical & Controls / Chemical Engineering)
- At least 3 years of work experience on UPW and M & E system
- Fresh graduates welcome to apply
- Hands-on working skills on UPW and M&E system e.g. troubleshooting skills
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
- Team Player
- Positive attitude and desire to learn
- Fluency in English Language - written & verbal
