We are currently looking for experienced Legal professionals within financial markets, derivatives, and regulatory to work with our Fortune 500 clients in Singapore

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Legal professional with 4-8(+) years PQE with a focus in financial markets, derivatives, and regulatory frameworks.
- preferably with a specialization in power and carbon emissions trading.

**Responsibilities**:

- The successful consultant will lead master documentation negotiations (ISDA, etc, ensuring precise and accurate documentation throughout the process).
- They will provide expertise on financial markets, derivatives, and regulatory frameworks, with a specialization in power and carbon emissions trading.
- They will build and maintain strong relationships with external legal counsel, counterparties, and other key stakeholders to support successful outcomes.
