**About the Role**:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join our team in Singapore as part of our Iron Ore Marketing Strategy and Technical function. Reporting to the Manager of Marketing Strategy and Technical, this role is responsible for providing support in the development and execution of the Iron Ore commercial strategy.

Key Accountabilities
- Monitor industry development and technology changes, and assess the impact on our products, markets and product value proposition.
- Maintains and drives the commercialization of value-in-use (ViU) models to provide a technical assessment of product value to support performance benchmarking, market segmentation, resource optimization, product placement, pricing negotiations and contracting.
- Actively engage and participate in research and/or strategic projects and provide analytical/commercial support on project work where required.
- Participate in cross-functional projects, summarizing and effectively communicating technical information and insights into commercial opportunities to support mid to long-term assessments and productivity projects across the business.
- Liaise with the broader technical function to establish and improve tools and processes to support continuous improvement; and
- Provide support to the Manager Marketing Strategy and Technical as required

**About You**:

- At least 3 years' work experience in commercial or analytical field within the resources sector and/or demonstrated strong commercial acumen
- Curious and passionate about steelmaking, the iron ore market and value proposition
- Solid team player equipped with independence of thought
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to conceptualize complex and/or ambiguous business problems and their associated impacts
- Excellent stakeholders’ management skills with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and/or external agencies
- Self-starter equipped with capability to drive an independent workstream in the context of a broader functional objective
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering or Business discipline
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Good proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel tools
