We are looking to hire an experienced sales and marketing executive to help drive company sales. In this position, you will be involved in developing marketing strategies, implementing marketing plans, developing sales strategies, maintaining customer relations, manage course administration and development, and creating sales reports.

Digital marketing skills to plan, execute, and optimize sales and marketing efforts are essential.

Initiatives for creating, executing, and supervising marketing initiatives across different digital platforms are critical.

To ensure success as a sales and marketing executive, you should have strong knowledge of modern marketing techniques, a passion for sales, and excellent communication skills. Ultimately, a top-notch sales and marketing executive creates strategies that align with modern consumer trends.

**Responsibilities**:
**Digital Sales and Marketing Roles**:

- Drive revenue by developing digital marketing strategies
- Planning and managing multi-channel campaigns (Social Media platforms, Print Media Platforms, Google platforms, etc.)
- Optimizing website content for industry-specific keywords
- Managing social media marketing campaigns
- Managing digital advertising campaigns
- Managing SEO campaigns
- Analyzing digital marketing analytics reports
- Generating leads through online and offline channels
- Qualifying leads by understanding buyer personas and using fact-finding skills
- Setting appointments with qualified leads
- Presenting the company's value propositions with confidence
- Closing deals with prospects

**Marketing Roles**:

- Plan and Implement Marketing activities
- Creative/artwork (i.e. design marketing collateral, create video, etc.)
- Establish and development Client & Marketing Networks
-  Undertake Project Liaison duties
-  Market research for Quality related courses for demand and cost analysis
-  Organise event relevant to specified quality topic to gather lead for sales
-  Established both pull & push marketing strategies and implementation plan
-  Prepare monthly reports

**Sales Roles**:

- Establish and Development Client Liaison duties
- Partnership and Collaboration
- Respond to walk-in enquiries for potential participants
- Able to articulate and present to potential customer on course content and pricing proposal
- Raise Sales Quotation, Sales Order, Sales Agreement, etc.
- Schedule training courses
- Prepare monthly reports

**Sales Administrative Roles**:

- Liaise with trainer for training deployment and course development
- Raise Trainer Agreement, Purchase Order for trainers
- Support in virtual training (i.e. Zoom, MS Teams, etc.)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,300.00 - $3,800.00 per month

- 13th month salary
