Job Description

As the System Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the digital system comprising of the Telephony, Customer Relationship Management and Knowledge Management system used within Contact Centre. Working closely with the business users, you will also be responsible to drive the enhancements required to deliver personalised care for the users.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct daily health checks on the digital system to ensure that it is performing within stipulated performance standards.
- Problem solve workflow issues and work through barriers to achieve results by collaborating effectively with users and vendor.
- Ensure that contract is valid and up to date and track the SLA as agreed with the Vendor.
- Lead and manage on boarding of other departments within the company to the digital system and maintain an oversight on all requirements.
- Extracts relevant report for KPIs monitoring and any other reports required by users, and provide analytics of data extracted.
- Ensures compliance and manages data integrity and ethical use of data.
- Adhere to IT Security requirements while managing the accesses given to the digital system.
- Ensures 6 monthly UAM is done so that the list of users is kept up to date and unnecessary accesses are deleted.
- Delivers training for all new joiners within the department on the use of the digital system.
- Ensure training materials and programs are current, relevant to staff, meets learning objectives and operational needs.
- Works with team to conduct pre and post implementation evaluation.
- Gathers feedbacks for system enhancements and present to management for approval.
- Ensures system enhancements are budgeted for and approved in the IT workplans.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in IT/Operations.
- Prior Healthcare/IT experience will be beneficial.
- Knowledge and experience in data analytics.
- Good interpersonal and management skills.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Strong planning, observational and analytical skills.
- Possess a passion for coaching and training.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Adaptable and able to respond to changing and ambiguous situations
