**Job Responsibilities
- Procure pharmaceutical supplies for Raffles Hospital and Raffles Medical clinics.
- Ensure all requisitions and purchases are approved within the mandated guidelines.
- Responsible for consolidation of purchase requisitions from user departments and ensure timely issuance of purchase orders to vendors.
- Ensure prompt response to urgent requisition requests and queries from users.
- Monitor outstanding purchase orders regularly and follow up with vendors to resolve any discrepancies.
- Liaise with vendors to return and/or exchange any defective and/or expired goods.
- Verify documents (e.g. purchase order, invoices) ensuring compliance.
- Assist with monitoring vendors’ performance and ensure vendors resolve the issues timely.
- Assist in quarterly stock-take administrative work and generation of reports.

**Job Requirements
- Diploma in Pharmacy/Pharmaceutical Management/Biomedical Science/Logistics/Supply Chain
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry will be an advantage
- Proficient in SAP (or equivalent materials management system), MS Office Applications - specifically Excel and Word.
- Team player with good interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Meticulous with an eye for details and good analytical skills
